Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Aprion Digital Lockers for renting.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Aprion Tech Solutions LLP, 12B, Shyam Vihar, Heera pura, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021 (India).

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Aprion Digital Lockers, accessible from www.aprion.co

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order prior 30 days of locker appointment date booking with following reason for cancellation.
-Health issues or sudden unforeseen circumstances of candidate's health due to which not able to travel to US consulate as well as to our locker location with documented health conditions with registered medical practitioners in India.

Other than above reason, no refund will be made once the payment for locker done either online or offline mode.​ Less than 30 days, no refund allowed for any reason including the above health conditions. Such bookings considered as "No Show" unless rescheduled for 1 time. Read "Reschedule option" section in this page for full reschedule terms.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You booked the rental locker or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
We do not sell physical lockers to end customers. We do rent lockers on hourly basis to store non-valuable thing like mobile phones, keys, cards etc.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by following email and also whatsapp notification to +919257038992.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. In case you need different bank account of other payment mode, please do inform us via email and whatsapp. If our company banking system does not allow refunds in your original source of payment, we will ask for alternative payment mode to refund the amount.

Partial Refund:
Duration of locker booked is to be used in full either booked online or offline, and no partial refunds allowed. For example, a candidate reserve an appointment for locker for 3 hours duration, if he/she returned and check out the belongings with in 2 hours, then the remaining 1 hour amount con not be refunded. Reason for no refund is, other person can not book for the same time as our software is blocking for that particular 3 hours.​

Reschedule option:
Once the booking is made, then only 1 time reschedule is allowed by our software for free. Reschedule option is only for the particular branch or city. For example, a locker is booked for Delhi location, then a free reschedule option is allowed for Delhi location only. If you need other location, then new booking can be made with same name at different location and no refund allowed for previous booking. the old booking will be considered as "No Show".

Conditions for Returns
Be informed that we do not sell any products (lockers) to end customers. Returns of any physical good does not apply for our business model. Our business is to rent the lockers in our office locations only.
